The Reception

We are holding an afternoon wedding reception shortly after we return; there will be a luncheon, drinks, and live music. Jackets are optional.

There will be a short renewal-of-vows ceremony before dinner is served.

All children are welcome, whether or not your invitation included them. If your child is not likely to eat pecan-crusted chicken with a sauce, garlic mashed potatoes, or broccoli, please contact Stephanie or Ben to see about an alternate meal. Also, if anyone has nut allergies, please contact Stephanie or Ben.

Miscellaneous

We have reserved a handful of rooms at this hotel for out-of-town guests; if you would like to take advantage of these rooms (at a reduced rate), please mention our names when you phone. Also, if you would please book the hotel before (Nov. 1st), we would be much obliged. After that date, we will be releasing the held rooms back to the hotel.

Naturally, as Stephanie's father is in a wedding band (the Hepcat Revival), they will be providing the music. They will be playing a mixture of music including swing, jazz, rock, and pop.
